Our refund policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law for any major faults with the service. We adopt a 30 day full refund policy if you are not happy with the service we provide within the first 30 days. You are not entering a term contract with us and can cancel our service at any time. If you cancel your service beyond the first 30 days then you will be charged a prorate daily rate for the days used.
